Tiara the ID who is very talented and MJ their site manager were very professional and patient right from the beginning. Many times we felt that they could have thrown up their hands in despair at all the challenges they came face to face with through the project but they stayed the course and made sure that every detail was taken care of to our expectations. From start, we shortlisted 4 Reno IDs, and finally we chose The Dreamer Home as our Reno ID. Both Tiara and Jonas understood our Reno concerns and they shared ideas/design to suit our lifestyle and needs. They were clear in their explanation on the reno quotation and their quotation is reasonable. Most importantly, they were able to deliver what they promised. We started renovation in May 23 and by end July 23, our unit are ready for handover. "Since March, I've been involved in the renovation of my resale flat at Bishan with Colin & Tiara. Our working experience has been a pleasant one. Both of them were very open to my ideas for my house, and they were always very willing to incorporate them in the whole reno concept. There were many times when I would make last-minute requests & changes to different areas of the renovation, and they would try their best to accommodate to them. Whenever I had conveyed to them, via text messages, anything which I was unhappy about regarding the design or renovation of my house, they would call me to understand my concerns and clarify any misunderstandings or explain the issue to me.
